INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Print the Star Capella pattern onto the three matching paper sheets of your choice.

Read the pattern key included in the General Instructions.

 

Step 2

Cut out pattern Parts 1 through 10 by cutting on all black lines. Parts 1 and 2 are the same shape; Parts 3, 4 5, and 6 are the same shape; and Parts 7, 8, 9, and 10 are the same shape.

STEP 3

On all ten parts, fold all green lines as valley folds and fold all red lines as mountain folds.

Step 4

On Parts 1 and 2, glue Flap A to the other Flap A and Flap B to the other Flap B. On Parts 3 through 10, glue Flap A to the other Flap A, Flap B to the other Flap B, Flap C to the other Flap C, Flap D to the other Flap D, and Flap E to the other Flap E.

Step 5

Next attach Parts 3, 4, 5, and 6 to Part 1. Do this by gluing Flap F on Part 3 to Flap F on Part 1, Flap G on Part 4 to Flap G on Part 1, Flap H on Part 5 to Flap H on Part 1, and Flap J on Part 6 to Flap J on Part 1.

Step 6

Next glue Flap L on Part 3 to Flap L on Part 4, Flap M on Part 4 to Flap M on Part 5, Flap N on Part 5 to Flap N on Part 6, and Flap K on Part 6 to Flap K on Part 3.

Step 7

Attach Part 7 and 8 to the project. Glue Flaps O, 3, W, and S on Part 7 to the similarly labelled flaps on the partly assembled project. Glue Flaps P, 4, X, T, and L on Part 8 to the similarly labelled flaps on the partly assembled project.

Step 8

Complete the project by attaching Part 9, Part 10, and Part 2. Glue Flaps Q, Y, 5, U and 8 on Part 9 to the similarly labelled flaps on the partly assembled project. Glue Flaps R, 2, 6, Z, V, and 9 on Part 10 to the similarly labelled flaps on the partly assembled project. Finally, glue Flaps 10, 11, 12, and 13 on Part 2 to the similarly labelled flaps on the project.
