Puzzler

Assemble the Puzzler to reveal eight circles, eight cow faces, four light bulbs, four Mickey Mouse heads, and one rhombicuboctahedron.

INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Print the two sheets of the Puzzler pattern onto the two matching paper sheets of your choice.

Read the pattern key included in the General Instructions.

 

Step 2

Cut out the eight pattern pieces by cutting on the black lines around the edge of each piece and including the black line between each of the two Flap A’s. There are three types of pattern pieces in this project. Part 1 and Part 5 are the first type, Part 3 and Part 7 are the second type, and Parts 2, 4, 6, and 8 are the third type.

STEP 3

On each pattern piece, fold all green lines as valley folds.

Step 4

On each of the eight pattern pieces, glue each Flap A to the adjacent Flap A.

Step 5

Connect Part 1 to Part 2. Do this by gluing Flaps B, C, and D on Part 1 to Flaps B, C, and D on Part 2.

Step 6

Connect Part 3 to the project. Do this by gluing Flaps E, F, G, and H on Part 3 to the similarly labelled flaps on the Part 1 + 2 assembly.

Step 7

Connect Parts 4 and 5 to the project. Glue Flaps J, K, and L on Part 4 to the similarly labeled flaps on the assembled project. Glue Flaps R, M, N, O, P, and Q on Part 5 to the similarly labeled flaps on the assembled project.

Step 8

Complete the Puzzler by adding Parts 6, 7, and 8 to the project. Glue Flaps S, T, and U on Part 6 to the similarly labeled flaps on the assembled project. Glue Flaps Z, V, W, X, and Y on Part 7 to the similarly labeled flaps on the assembled project. Glue Flaps 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on Part 8 to the similarly labeled flaps on the assembled project.
